Autumnal love

To Autumn
O Autumn, laden with fruit, and stained
With the blood of the grape, pass not,
but sit
Beneath my shady roof, there thou may'st rest,
And tune thy jolly voice to my fresh pipe;
And all the daughters of the year shall dance,
Sing now the lusty song of fruits and flowers.
William Blake

oh, how I am loving this time of year. Every week I have a reminder remind me that I want to do creative journalling with my boys - today we did for the first time in a long time. It was fun and above is what I created. We are really relishing the change in season this year. The Harvest Moon was celebrated with yoga & 5 rythmns dance in the Yoga Yurts. The Equinox was celebrated by camping in the New Forest & having a party out in the darkenst depths amongst the trees, in our circle of a million candle lights - dancing and loving every minute - enjoying the fruits of the grape harvest... We also went over to Brownsea Island in Poole Harbour to watch the little native Red Squirrels.

We have had pumpkins, sunflowers & conkers decorating our home. And today I found this pumpkin pie recipe I am going to make tomorrow - a first for me I think. We carved pumpkins today too, roasting the seeds - yum.
